Shipping

We ship within a week of placing an order (1 week lead time).
We offer free shipping on all orders, including international shipments. Currently, we ship only to the following list of countries: Poland, all European Union member states, Norway, Switzerland, the United States, New Zealand, and Australia.

Payments

All payments are processed securely via:

• Snipcart (e-commerce platform)
• PayPal (payment gateway)

We do not store your payment details or card data.

Prices are listed in EUR. You are responsible for any local taxes, import duties, or customs fees outside the EU.

Warranty

Any modifications made to your holster without prior approval (contact us) will void the warranty.

We stand behind the quality and durability of our holsters. Every product purchased directly from us comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects and damage resulting from normal, intended use.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Damage incurred during normal use such as training, carry, or duty use.
• Fitment issues due to product/manufacturing error.

If your product fails under these conditions, we’ll repair or replace it (free of charge). We may request photos, videos, or return of the product for evaluation. We will cover the cost of shipping the holster back to the customer.

What's Not Covered:

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or abuse (e.g., running over it, melting it in a hot car, placing it in a dishwasher).
• Cosmetic wear and tear from daily use.
• Loss or theft of the item.

Holsters are wear items - over time, they will show signs of use. This is not considered a defect.

To submit a warranty claim, please send clear photos of the damaged holster to contact@pkbladesmith.com or pkbladesmith@gmail.com, along with your order number if available. We’ll be happy to assist you!

Returns

You may return your holster within 30 days of receiving it if you're not satisfied with your purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that if the holster is returned in a condition other than its original, such as with visible scratches or other signs of wear, we may issue a partial refund to account for the damage. Cancellation policy

This product is a rigid holster made from durable thermoplastic (Kydex), designed to securely hold compatible items during personal use or transport. When used as intended, the product does not pose a risk to consumer health or safety. It is manufactured with smooth edges and manually inspected to ensure structural integrity and secure retention.

Warnings & Safety Instructions:

• Any modification or disassembly is done at the full responsibility of the user. It may negatively affect the product’s functionality and could lead to the loss of small components. The manufacturer bears no responsibility for any damage, malfunction, or injury resulting from disassembly or unauthorized modification.
• Keep out of reach of children. If disassembled, small parts (such as screws or spacers) may present a choking hazard.
• This product is not a toy and should only be used by individuals who understand its proper application and handling.

Utilization and Disposal:

This product contains both thermoplastic and metal components. At the end of its useful life, it should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations for waste separation and recycling. Contact your local waste management service for guidance on sorting mixed-material products.
