Wenge Yanagiba
Yanagiba sushi knife. Blade is handmade of 4h13 Stainless Steel, with a traditional chisel and hollow grind. Perfect for cutting meat and fish. Traditional octagonal handle made of wenge wood with brass bolster allows for nice, solid and comfortable fit. The knife is complimented with an Oak wood saya with peg locking system.
