Three Nakiri Knives
Three 170 mm Nakiri knives or vegetable choppers. Blades are handforged from 80CrV2 steel, brut-de-forge finish. Handles are made of: high quality Oak wood, harvested in Poland as well as African Wenge wood. The Oak has been charred and oiled for unique look and improved water resistance. Burned finish also gives a fantastic texture to grip. The Wenge handle has been ground smooth, polished and oiled for a water-resistant finish. Blade has a convex grind, with 2.5 mm thickness at the heel and tapering up to 1.7 mm at the tip. The edge is extremely sharp, and combining this with its geometry it makes for an absolute vegetable-chopping-machine. Very pleasant to grip and fantastic to use. Three handle types available: octagonal charred oak, heirloom brass charred oak and brass guard wenge.
