Shirogami Hunting Knife
A clone or somewhat an inspiration of a knife that I have made 3 years ago. The blade is made out of Japanese Suminagashi steel - a Shirogami core clad with 11 layers of mild steel (with nickel addition) on each side. Given a slight coffee etch on the sides to bring out the contrast. The handle is made out of Palisander wood, Ivory imitation, brass and black g10. Fitted with a leather sheath made out of 3-3.5 vegetable tanned cow leather finished with oils and beeswax.
