Kitchen Gyuto Series
A series of twelve medium sized gyuto knives made for Tassilo Wein. Blades are made of 80CrV2 steel. Their robust geometry allows to take care of most tasks in your kitchen. It will easily cut bread or meat for your family dinner, while also being able to process a ton of vegetables. The handle has octagonal shape and is made of Wenge and American Walnut. It allows for a very nice and comfortable fit inside the hand. The wood has been oiled to improve its water resistance. The blade is made of carbon steel, therefore it is important to wipe it dry after use to prevent rust. Fitted with sheaths made of Ash wood.
