Polished Gyuto with Sheath
Medium sized gyuto-style knife. Blade is made of 15n20 Steel, 60HRC. Great as a kitchen blade material. Blade length and a profile typical for a Gyuto knife makes it perfect as a multi-purpose, do-it-all daily kitchen knife. Chopping herbs, slicing meat or prepping sandwiches and other treats are no challenge. Handle is made of Wenge. The wood has been oiled to improve its water resistance. The blade is made of carbon steel, therefore it is important to wipe it dry after use to prevent rust. with an oak saya to protect the knife inside its storage.
