African Gyuto
Medium sized gyuto-style knife. Blade is made of 4h13 Stainless Steel, 60HRC. Great as a kitchen blade material. Blade lenght and a profile typical for a Gyuto knife makes it perfect as a multi-purpose, do-it-all daily kitchen knife. Chopping herbs, slicing meat or prepping sandwiches and other treats are no challenge. A bit thicker than usual, which makes it good for some more heavy-duty tasks. Handle is made of Rosewood. Fitted with an oak saya to protect the knife inside its storage.
